If I need to cancel an order, is this possible?
Due to our fast turnarounds, The Creative Craft Boss team will make a great effort to TRY and cancel an order or replace files for you, but please keep in mind that once your job is designed and/or printed we will not be able to stop or replace files. It is impossible to try and cancel or even change something the next day the order is approved for print. Please make sure all your files are ready and finalized before you place your orders.

How long does it take to receive my item?
Mail transit times for USPS typically take 2-5 days from acceptance of the package. (Monday-Saturday and excluding holidays). UPS transit times are 3-4 business days from acceptance of the package.
Why didn't you send me tracking info?
I do not email tracking numbers. Once I create a shipping label for your order, Etsy will automatically email you with tracking information.
What address did you send my items to?
The shipping address you provided to Etsy during checkout. I will not change the shipping address once the order has been completed.
Where do I put the personalization info for my order?
In notes to seller during checkout or send via Etsy messages.
Missing Items After Shipping
Please contact USPS or UPS prior to contacting us about lost packages. If your item arrives damaged please notify us within 24 hours with photos of the package and item for claim purposes.

Given the nature of custom digital design items we do not offer refunds once we have begun designing or when your item has been delivered. If you are unsure of one of our items please don't hesitate to message us. (Designs includes: flyers, logos, business cards, hang tags, instant downloads, etc.)
Printed Products Refund Policy
There are no refunds, reprints, or returns. Please be sure to review your proof and order thoroughly and be aware of this policy before ordering. No refunds or reprints will be issued on differences of on-screen and on physical printed products, Under no circumstances will a reprint or refund be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. If we determine that your order contains manufacturing errors or defects we will offer a 100% reprint at no charge. Turnaround and shipping for reprints will vary on our current workload.
